Yes, please contact us immediately after you place the order. We are often unable to change the address after a 24 hour period, sometimes less. Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been processed and shipped.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Do you take exchanges/returns?
All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges and/or returns. If there are any issues with your items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery. It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. Neither the shipping carrier nor Boba Love have control over the customs procedure.
