A message regarding COVID-19

We want to start by thanking all of you for your support during these difficult times. We would not be here without your continued support. Even simply sharing our products with your friends helps us so much. We hope you and your families are safe and healthy and staying at home as best as you can. 

We also want to thank the health care workers and all other frontline essential employees who are working to keep us safe and help us get through this. You are an inspiration and we love you all so much.

COVID-19 Delays

Because we are an online company, we have been fortunate enough to continue running mostly business as usual. That said, you may experience longer fulfillment times with your orders. All of our products are typically printed to order and the normal fulfillment time is 2—7 business days before your products get shipped out. However, due to shelter-in-place regulations around the country, our printer has experienced delays in fulfillment. As you can imagine, the entire industry is grappling with challenges and there are also delays in supply chain, distribution and shipping.

Embroidered apparel: 5—11 business days

All other apparel: 10—17 business days

Hats: 6—12 business days

Phone cases: 2—5 business days

Bags: 10—17 business days

Stickers: 2—4 business days

Shipping

Depending on your shipping address, carriers may also be affected and your shipment may take a little longer. Unfortunately we do not have accurate estimates on this. Please refer to your tracking number for more details.
